2. in the Users menu of ODN/MP create new user(s) (you can define an organization for every new user - it will be created), create at least one user with Administrator role

Use this procedure for user creation only for the first time after installation. Later any user you have created with Administrator role "Administrator" is capable to create new users in ODN (use User management in Tools combo box).
