IATI Standard is a technical publishing framework allowing data to be compared. This site gives detail on the standard, how to implement it and provides guidance.
IATI stands for "International Aid Transparency Initiative" and IATI standard defines common XML based format for various agencies to publish data about their activities (preferably in open fashion, with frequent updates). Thanks ti publication is same format, data from various organizations can be then processes with same tools and (most importantly) compared.
