Who can do it? (User role)

Description

I want to download a dataset as the latest version of file dump so that I can check if data is processed and stored correctly.

Preconditions

  • at least one catalog record including at least one resource is created in internal catalog

How to do it:

 

  • clicks the selected dataset 'Name' in the list of catalog records in internal catalog
    • list of available resources for a dataset are displayed
  • clicks to resource 'Name' or selects 'More information' from 'Explore' combo box of a resource presented as file dump or selects 'Go to resource' from 'Explore' combo box 
    • if selects 'Go to resource' from 'Explore' combo box
      • latest version of file dump is downloaded to local file system
    • if clicks to resource 'Name' or selects 'More information' from 'Explore' combo box
      • metadata fields about dataset resource(s) are displayed according to DCAT/VoID specification 
      • clicks to URL
        • latest version of file dump is downloaded to local file system
