I want to create a new catalog record for a dataset in catalog so that at least mandatory metadata about dataset are available in catalog.

Preconditions

• no preconditions defined

Acceptance criteria

• DataPublisher clicks 'Add dataset' button to add new catalog record for dataset
  
  • available metadata fields are displayed
• DataPublisher fills in the required metadata fields about dataset (at least the mandatory fields)
• DataPublisher clicks 'Finish' button if satisfied
  • metadata is stored and new catalog record is created in catalog
