Who can do this? (User role)

Description

I want to remove existing user from the system so that the user will no longer have access to the system.

Preconditions

  • at least one more user account exists in the system

How to do it:

  • clicks 'User management' in 'Tools' combo box on main page of internal catalog
    • main page of ODN/MidPoint is displayed
  • clicks 'Users' in main menu
  • selects and clicks 'List users'
    • list of all existing users is dislplayed
    • checkbox is available for each user in the list
  • clicks the checkbox for user to be deleted
  • clicks the pulldown menu with a gear wheel icon 
  • selects and clicks 'Delete' 
    • confiramtion dialog is displayed
  • confirms user deletion
    • the user with all its accounts created is immediately deleted from those ODN components which have an account set and configured for the particular user, from the rest of ODN components it is deleted during next login attempt
    • list of all existing users doesn't contain deleted user
